How we work:
Step 1: Define Categories, Criteria and Thresholds
At the start of our engagement, we'll work with you to determine the categories, criteria, and Green/Yellow/Red thresholds that will drive the Project Health dashboards for your project.
Step 2: Set up Dashboards
Our iTeamSite Product Team will configure your customized dashboard, based on the criteria from Step 1. Clients with multiple SPS projects will be provided with a top level page that rolls up dashboards from all project sites.
Step 3: Follow-up & Support
As the project progresses, we will be in touch with you to determine whether the thresholds and goal values chosen in Step 1 best fit the needs of the project. We are available to make adjustments as the project's Executive Team sees fit.
