Business Systems Analyst
Location: Multiple Opportunities
•5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience
•Demonstrated analytical, problem identification and problem resolution skills
•Demonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements gathering and development
•Extensive experience with systems analysis and functional design
•The ability to present ideas and information in group settings
•Strong meeting facilitation skills
•Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical end users
•The ability to communicate effectively with senior management
•The ability to create a positive and professional business relationship with internal and external clients
•The ability to evaluate current processes and workflows for various business functions, document findings, and recommend improvements
•Strong experience with Visio.
